 Return and Exchange Policy for LiberTee Clothing

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LiberTee Clothing. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns within 15 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through chat, Instagram, FaceBook, or info@liberteeclothing.us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. Once we receive the original item in its original condition, we will send out the replacement item. Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, in the case of an exchange, we will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to replace the item as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
